God blessed us with the starting of the second store (video store) in Long Beach City. That was bigger than the first one. Side by side Dev, my son, started attending classes of real estate subject. Gradually he started real estate business.
I remember that when Dev did first business of real estate he brought a cheque of $ dollar seven or eight thousand and he handed over that Cheque, as a token of respect, first to his mother i.e. my wife who touched the cheque to her forehead and handed over to Dev. We all thanked God.
